Corrective Exercises

Female patient being examined by doctor We Don't Do Corrective Treatment -- And That's On Purpose.

Surprised?  Most chiropractic offices follow the Corrective Care model which is very different than what we do.

What Is Corrective Treatment?

Corrective  Care Treatment typically begins with a detailed examination and often includes x-rays.  A separate appointment is then scheduled to review the examination and radiographic findings.  From there, patients are usually placed on a several-month treatment plan with periodic x-rays, and they are encouraged to continue with monthly visits indefinitely—even after their symptoms have resolved.

Most chiropractors specialize in this type of long-term corrective care.   And some do it very well.

But… that’s not our approach.

(Except for the thorough examination at your first visit—because understanding your problem is essential.)

Why Don't We Do Corrective Treatment?

Simple:  Most patients don’t want it.

They come to us because they’re in pain—and they want to feel better as quickly, efficiently, and affordably as possible.  That’s where we focus our expertise:  Pain Relief Care.  We’re exceptionally good at helping people get out of pain without unnecessary treatment plans or long-term commitments.

And let’s be real—every patient is different.   A one-size-fits-all, multi-month corrective care program is usually not necessary.

Call Northwest Reno Chiropractic at (775) 324-3700 today if you belief pain-relief care is for you, and you don't want a long-term, never-ending treatment program.
