Our office has been using vibration therapy for the past seven years. There are two main types of vibration therapy: whole-body and localized. We provide whole-body vibration therapy, which involves standing on a vibrating platform to stimulate muscle activity and improve circulation.
We’ve worked with athletes in track and skiing to help prepare them for their seasons using this therapy.
