Our Team

Dr. David Rovetti is a fourth-generation Nevadan, born and raised in Reno.  He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic - West in 1985 and has been in continuous practice ever since.  His approach to care is simple and patient-centered: treat people the way he would want to be treated—help them get out of pain quickly and without unnecessary treatments or therapies.  Outside the office, Dr. Rovetti enjoys skiing, biking, traveling, and spending time with his five children and three grandchildren.

Dr. Morgan Rovetti is a 2015 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic – West.  She previously served on the Chiropractic Physicians’ Board of Nevada, having been appointed by both Governor Sandoval and Governor Sisolak.  Outside of her chiropractic practice, Dr. Rovetti enjoys boxing, going for a run along the Truckee, and spending time at Lake Tahoe and Pyramid Lake.

Dr. Skyler Campbell graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic – West in 2019.  He is married, has two wonderful children, and speaks fluent Spanish.  In his free time, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and listening to live music.

Dr. Marc Corrao has been in active chiropractic practice for 33 years and is a 1993 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic–West. A Reno native, Dr. Corrao says that even after more than three decades in practice, he genuinely looks forward to coming to work each day. Outside the office, he enjoys riding his Harley motorcycles and flying planes, and he is deeply committed to staying active and involved in family and extended family activities.

Dr. Brad Mahler is a 1992 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, and embracing all that comes with spending time in the outdoors.

Dr. Covert is a recent graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic – West.  He graduated Magna Cum Lada with several awards.  He enjoys working out, lifting weights, and hiking.

Sam Vest is our billing specialist and a 2024 graduate of the Carrington Institute. A fourth-generation Nevadan, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, and going to conventions.
