The following videos contain exercises and/or stretches that you can do at home.  It is strongly encouraged that you try these so that you can prevent further injuries from occurring.  It’s a great way to strengthen your spine as well.

Core Stabilization Exercises


This video demonstrates a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles of your lower back—specifically those that attach directly to your vertebrae.  Strengthening these muscles helps stabilize your spine during movement.  The routine includes both simple and more advanced exercises to suit various fitness levels.
