We Offer Washoe County School Sports Physicals
Sports physicals are available at our office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome.
We recommend having the necessary paperwork completed before your visit. However, if it’s not filled out ahead of time, we’ll provide the required forms when the student arrives.
The cost of the sports physical is $50. Please note that most insurance plans do not cover this service. The examination typically takes 20 to 30 minutes.
