Chiropractic Care

We provide spinal correction utilizing gentle chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. David Rovetti has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients. Our office provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient's condition and injury. The benefits of massage therapy may include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.

Hyperbaric Chamber

Based on my research of numerous scientific articles showing the benefit of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), this therapy was added to our office five years ago. In this short time, I have seen significant improvement with conditions such as autism, CP, ADD/ADHD, dementia, learning disorders, and concussion recovery. Adults with fibromyalgia, strokes, and fatigue have also been helped. Sports-related injuries heal much quicker with HBOT.

Impairment Ratings

To be eligible for a work-comp impairment rating in Nevada:

  1. Your condition must be stable, i.e., not changing or expected to change significantly even with additional treatment.
  2. There must be records or notes from your treating physician that state you are at maximum medical improvement (MMI), you are stable and ratable, or that you are as good as you're are going to get (or something similar to that).
  3. You have no more scheduled therapy or doctor visits.
  4. You have a ratable impairment such as loss of range of motion, loss of a body part (however small) or body function, loss of strength, or loss of sensation.  If pain is your only residual problem, you probably do not have a ratable impairment (see below).

By Nevada law, when your treating physician states that you are done with treatment and/or are released from care, and you have a ratable impairment, the insurance company has 14 days to schedule an impairment rating for you. A letter will be sent to you from the insurance company informing you of the date and time of your examination.

If you are done with treatment and are released from your doctor, and he opines that you do not have a rate-able impairment, but you believe you do, call your claims adjuster and see if he or she will simply schedule one for you.  Often times, the treating physician will not be a rating physician and may not know what constitutes a rate-able impairment.  If your claims adjuster will not schedule a rating for you, contact me and I may be able to help.

Low level Laser Therapy

Low-Level Laser Therapy (also know as "cold" laser) is a non-invasive, fast and effective modality that stimulates your body's cells to produce energy, effectively transferring laser light ("photonic") energy to cell energy.  This works through the cell's mitochondria to increases the production of ATP when stimulated with the specific wave length, specific frequency, and specific strength of the laser light.  The increase in cell energy production will reduce inflammation, help increase cell regeneration, and increased blood and oxygen flow.
